Counseling services are available for individuals, couples and families. If you are seeking services for yourself or a family member, please call 281.894.7222 for a phone assessment. During the call you will have an opportunity to ask questions as well as provide information about the specifics of your situation.
Shield-Bearer Counseling Centers is a nonprofit charitable organization. Services are offered on a sliding scale based on ability to pay.
Once an appointment has been scheduled, please print and complete the following forms before your first visit. If you have trouble with any part of the forms, just arrive early for your first appointment for assistance.
